Cashier / Retail Sales Houston, TX | In-Person (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with customers, working around animals, and helping with day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent service.
- Operate the cash register, process sales, returns, and handle cash accurately.
- Help customers find products and answer basic questions about feed, animals, supplies, medical products, medications anything regarding animal care.
- Keep the front area, counter, shelves and floor organized and clean.
- Assist with stocking, labeling, and rotating feed or products when needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store items.
- Support the warehouse team during busy hours (light lifting, carrying small feed bags, etc.).
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred.
- Comfortable working around animals, farm supplies, and medications.
- Strong Ability to Handle Medicine and possibly assist with basic medical questions.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to work weekends is a must.
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs occasionally.

Warehouse Associate Houston, TX | In-Person (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Job description:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position involves physically demanding tasks, frequent interaction with customers, and direct work with a variety of animals, Basic Computer Tasks, and Possible Fork Lift Loading. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), knowledgeable about animal care, feed, and medications, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, rough environment, and is not afraid go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:
- Handle, feed, and clean up after livestock and small animals in the store.
- Load and unload feed, hay, and other heavy products (50–80 lbs regularly) From Incoming Shipments. Sometimes whole pallets (45-50 bags) or feed and other various products.
- Operate a forklift safely to move inventory and pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and animal areas, following clear health standards.
- Assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases and Loading and unloading Feed, bags and animals.
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels and be vigilant of products lifespan.
- Ensure all feed and medications and pallets are properly labeled and stored.
- Follow all safety, animal care, and sanitation protocols.
- Basic Computer Operations.
- Outside Work ready
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Ability to Lift 50–80 lbs consistently. (5 - 10 bags at a time on a dolley)
- Experience working with animals and feed (farm, ranch, or pet care background preferred).
- Knowledge of basic animal medications and nutrition (training available).
- Forklift experience or certification preferred (training available).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions.
