Dose
Cattle, pigs, sheep, and goats: 1 mL/10–30 kg of body weight (10,000–30,000 IU/kg) every 12–24 hours for no more than 5 days.
Canines and felines: 1 mL/7.5–15 kg of body weight (20,000–40,000 IU/kg) every 12–24 hours for at least 3 days.
